How do I refine my search results?

Use double quotes to search by phrase

Author: "Stephen King" will return results where the author is Stephen King and not authors whose name is Stephen or King

Use the plus sign to make results required

Name: Carrie | Author: +"Stephen King" will return all titles with name "Carrie" where the author must be "Stephen King". This is almost the same as Name: Carrie | Author: +Stephen +King except in the former the word "King" must follow the word "Stephen" as opposed to the latter where both words must just be present irregardless of order.

Use the minus sign to restric results

Author: Stephen -King will return titles with author "Stephen" but not name "King"

When using the minus sign you must have another word not "minused" out in the same field.

e.g. Author: -Stephen will return no results

Only fill out the ISBN field if searching by ISBN

If you choose to search by ISBN, make sure you only fill out that field and omit any dashes from the ISBN number you're entering when filling it out. You can enter multiple ISBN's by seperating them by spaces.
